Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery involved in cheese processing, mixing, molding, cutting, and packaging.
Assist in curd handling, salting, pressing, and other cheese-making steps following standard procedures.
Ensure all products meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards according to company and regulatory requirements.
Perform routine equipment checks and report any operational issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with GMP and HACCP guidelines.
Accurately record production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and process parameters.
Support inventory control by moving raw materials, ingredients, and finished products as required.
Follow all workplace safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
Nitec in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience will be advantageous
Comfortable working in cleanroom and chilled Environment
