Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Assistant role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Student Assistant will support day-to-day center operations, including assisting with class setup, maintaining a clean and organized training environment, and helping with equipment preparation and storage. The role includes providing basic administrative support such as handling inquiries, updating attendance records, managing simple documentation, and coordinating schedules under guidance from senior staff. The Student Assistant will also help with event preparation, workshops, and student activities, ensuring a positive and professional experience for learners and clients. This position offers exposure to the fitness education and performance industry, with opportunities to learn from experienced trainers and education specialists.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain orderly spaces, and support daily operational needs.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, trainers, and clients in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and online platforms for scheduling, data entry, and simple reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take direction and learn on the job.
  • Interest in fitness, sports science, or related fields; current enrollment in a relevant diploma or degree program is an advantage.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time on-site working hours in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional local languages is beneficial.
