Straits International School Penang is seeking a passionate and driven Admissions Executive to join our Admissions & Marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, engaging with families, and helping prospective students find the right educational pathway. You will play a key role in driving student enrolment growth while delivering an exceptional experience for parents throughout their admissions journey.

• Manage and respond to enquiries from prospective parents and students
• Conduct school tours, consultations, and admissions counselling
• Follow up with prospective families to support enrolment conversion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, education agents, and community partners
• Support student recruitment initiatives, open days, roadshows, exhibitions, and outreach events
• Maintain accurate records within the school's CRM and admissions systems
• Monitor admissions pipeline performance and contribute towards enrolment targets
• Work closely with the Marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and recruitment opportunities
• Support student retention initiatives through proactive parent engagement
• Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the admissions process

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities
• Confident in engaging with parents and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sales, customer service, admissions, education, hospitality, or business development is an advantage
