Right now, we need a Multimedia Designer who moves fast, thinks visually, and takes creative ownership — not someone who waits to be told what to make.
What You'll DoYou'll own all 2D creative output across client projects and internal brand needs. This includes:
- Preparing and finalising artwork (FA) for print production — ensuring files are print-ready with correct bleed, colour profiles, and vendor specifications
- Designing key visuals, campaign artwork, and event collateral for brand activation clients across FMCG, Pharma, and Insurance sectors
- Producing social media assets, digital banners, EDMs, and presentation decks
- Translating client briefs into sharp, on-brand visual concepts — fast
- Collaborating with the project and account team to ensure design accuracy and on-time delivery
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously without dropping quality or deadlines
- Contributing to Exphoria's own brand communications and content
What We're Looking ForMust-have:
- 1–3 years of graphic/multimedia design experience (agency background preferred)
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign at minimum
- Solid print production knowledge — finalising artwork (FA) for print: bleed, crop marks, colour mode (CMYK), resolution (300dpi), and vendor-ready file preparation
- A portfolio that shows range: print, digital, social, and branding work
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality — you understand that deadlines are non-negotiable
- Ability to receive a brief and interpret it, not just execute it literally
Good to have:
- Experience with motion graphics or basic After Effects
- Familiarity with Canva for rapid-turnaround client requests
- Exposure to event or activation environments
What This Role Is NotThis is not a slow-paced in-house role where you design one banner a week. We're a lean, high-output agency. Some weeks will be intense. If you thrive under that — great. If you need predictable 9-to-5 energy, this is not the right fit.
