**Job Description**
• Coordinate procurement activities including ordering glass and hardware materials whilst maintaining updated supplier price lists
• Process financial documentation by calculating order costs, forwarding invoices to appropriate accounts, and matching supplier invoices with supporting documents
• Assist with course arrangement coordination for foreign workers to support their professional development
• Perform data entry tasks and handle ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned to meet operational requirements
**Job Requirements**
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail for accurate cost calculations and documentation matching
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and price list maintenance
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset with hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin an advantage.
