Responsibilities
Manage phone calls and attend to client inquiries
Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment
Introduce promotional offers
Provide administrative, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team
Contribute to marketing effectiveness by supporting the campaigns and promotions on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google
Provide good customer service
Requirements
5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday: 11AM to 8PM, Saturday: 10AM to 2PM)
For Part-Time candidate, to discuss work days and time period during interview
Basic PC skills required
Sales and/or Customer Service background would be an added advantage
Friendly and warm personality
Able to start work within short notice/immediately preferred
No experience required
