Job Responsibilities:

1. Examine supporting documents and extract relevant data (e.g. credit reports, income documents).
2. Clarify and verify information with clients and review case notes from counselling sessions.
3. Prepare an individualized proposal for creditors’ approval, where applicable.
4. Comprehensive training will be provided for this role.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or Social Services.
• Possess at least 5 years of working experience.
• Meticulous with data entries and document formatting.

Candidates with banking experience in credit or loans; or in social service sector would be a plus
