Responsibilities
- Taking off quantities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans at various project stages
- Monitor project costs and cash flow to ensure financial control
- Administer contracts, including valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contractual documentation
- Manage tender processes, including evaluation and recommendation of award
- Work closely with project manager, engineer, and site team
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and statutory requirements
- Support project close-out and handover processes
