We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support site execution, coordination, and project administration for residential landed housing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating daily site activities to ensure smooth execution and progress
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on coordination matters
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), subcontractor claims and related documentation
• Assist in procurement, including sourcing and obtaining quotations
• Monitor site progress and work schedules and provide regular updates
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, site records, correspondences and reports
• Attend site meetings and follow up on site issues and action items

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in residential landed housing projects
• Able to work under pressure and within tight timelines
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
