Responsibilities
Manage full employee lifecycle across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and performance management.
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Coordinate and support training, development, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR policy and practices comply with local labour laws and tripartite guidelines.
Assist in the periodic view and implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
Lead and contribute to HR-related projects from planning through execution.
Requirements:
Be familiar with Singapore Employment Act.
Able to manage recruitment, onboarding, MOM work passes, and HR administration independently.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems
Have good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Singaporean and PR only due to work pass quota limitation.
