Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow

Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring top-tier customer service

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and maximize performance

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Establish and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and trust

Requirements

2 Years loan officer experience or proven leadership experience in financial services or related industries

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Track record of achieving KPIs and driving business growth

Ability to motivate and manage a team, ensuring high performance

Positive attitude, customer-centric mindset, and a strategic thinker
