Responsibilities
BuildBuilt is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Admin Executive to support our finance and administrative operations.
This role is suited for someone who is organised, careful with numbers, and comfortable handling routine financial and administrative tasks independently.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records
Record incoming and outgoing payments
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash movements
Handle e-banking transactions (Maker access only)
Prepare payroll and CPF submissions
Organise invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documents
Follow up on outstanding payments and required documentation
Support day-to-day administrative duties and internal coordination
Meticulous and strong attention to detail
Responsible, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
Comfortable working with numbers and repetitive processes
Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge preferred
Experience with accounting software (eg. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is an advantage
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Contract position (1 year, rolling)
Salary: S$1,800/month + CPF
Annual leave: 14 days
Hybrid arrangement (open to discuss)
Work From Home (mornings)
Full WFH on Fridays
