Field Service Engineer
Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore & Customer Sites
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Field Service Engineer to support equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites. You will help with testing, repairs, documentation, and coordination with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Present technical updates during monthly Area of Focus meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Support on-site equipment installation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance improvement initiatives.
Act as the liaison between customers and internal business units to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed.
Execute process optimization, yield enhancement, and productivity improvement projects.
Support new equipment acceptance and qualification activities.
Perform recipe creation and editing for process applications.
Provide process-related support and troubleshooting during tool qualification and production activities.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Engineering related disciplines.
Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
No Experience Required-Training will be provided
Able to work effectively with both customers and internal teams.
Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
