studioMilou Singapore is an architecture and design practice working across hotel, residential and heritage projects. We are seeking a full-time Interior Design Coordinator to support our architectural and design team across our current portfolio of interior design projects.

Job Description / Responsibilities

•     Supporting the architectural and design team on interior design projects across the hotel, residential and heritage sectors.

•     Performing accurate data entry and maintaining the practice’s project databases and digital design management systems.

•     Organising and maintaining the studio’s project documentation system, keeping records orderly, current and readily retrievable.

•     Maintaining an inventory of design samples and conducting product and materials research to support ongoing projects.

•     Undertaking other reasonable design-support duties as required by the architectural and design team from time to time, commensurate with the role.

Requirements

•     A diploma or degree in interior design or a closely related design field, from an accredited institution.

•     At least one year of experience in an architectural or interior design practice, including data entry and the maintenance of project databases or design management systems.

•     A methodical, organised approach to project documentation, record-keeping and the maintenance of design sample inventories.

•     Familiarity with interior design projects in the hotel, residential or heritage sectors is an advantage.

•     Proficiency in standard office and design documentation software.
