What You’ll Do
Call and connect with
respondents to verify survey data.
Ensure data accuracy and
reliability through validation checks.
Provide professional
responses to queries and deliver top‑notch
customer experience.
Support team operations with
admin, coordination, and reporting tasks.
Track progress, meet KPIs,
and contribute to continuous service improvement.
What We’re Looking
For
Minimum ‘A’ Levels or
equivalent qualification.
Confident communicator with
strong phone and listening skills.
Detail‑oriented, meticulous, and
committed to data accuracy.
Team player who can also work
independently under tight timelines.
Comfortable with Microsoft
Office and quick to adapt to new systems.
Analytical mindset with
interest in service quality metrics.
