• Assist the Manager in taking off quantities. Bills Of Quantity preparations, pricing and preparation of tender submission, handle progress claims, VO and finalization of projects accounts
• Collaborating with vendors & suppliers in securing cost submissions, collecting new sample and materials
• Assist in Contract Administration and Management
• Attend site show round and project meetings when required
• Track changes to the design and liaise with work schedule and adjust budget projects accordingly
• Liaise & recommend payments to subcontractors to Finance Department
• Ensure smooth flow of all other project administrative function
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Resourceful, fast with willingness to take on additional responsibilities
• Meticulous with strong sense of work prioritization
• Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication & writing skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with bilingual speaking clients
• Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts for construction projects
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application
