Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of payment infrastructure, including payment integrations, transaction flows, and backend services.
  • Architect and build scalable backend systems and APIs supporting global payment operations.
  • Develop and maintain backend services primarily using Go, Python, and Node.js.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to deliver reliable payment solutions.
  • Drive system reliability, security, observability, and engineering best practices.
  • Mentor engineers and help establish strong technical standards and development processes.
  • Participate in hiring and help grow a high-performing engineering team.
