Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare data files for printing (e.g., formatting, validation, sorting)
• Operate and monitor printing systems and related software
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before print production
• Troubleshoot basic system, file, or print issues
• Maintain logs and records of processed jobs
• Perform file conversions (e.g., PDF, CSV, print-ready formats)
• Coordinate with design, production, or customer teams as needed
• Adhere to data security and confidentiality standards
• Meet deadlines for high-volume print jobs
• Knowledge of PrintSoft and Excel will be added advantage.
