Duration: 3 months (Extendable to 1 year)

Location: City Hall 

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Support outreach and engagement activities to increase public participation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams on programmes and events.
• Assist in planning and executing roadshows, events, and community activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and support helpdesk operations.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and provide administrative support.
• Support operational improvements and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Events, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, stakeholder engagement, events, or operations support is an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
