Chef de Partie – Nozomi Japanese Dining
Nozomi is a modern Japanese dining concept rooted in kaiseki principles — where quality, seasonality, and thoughtful presentation come together in every dish. With outlets at Millenia Walk and The Star Vista, we offer a calm, curated dining experience grounded in tradition and elevated by care.
We're looking for a committed Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Executive and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and execute dishes to a consistently high standard
Handle raw fish and seafood as part of daily mise en place
Participate in counter service: present dishes and support guests
Contribute to new menu development and recipe testing
Maintain a clean workspace in line with food safety standards
Assist with cost control and ingredient management
Locations
The Star Vista (next to Buona Vista MRT) — Breaks: 2hrs weekdays, 1.5hrs Sat/Sun/PH
Millenia Walk (above Promenade MRT) — Breaks: 1.5hrs all days
The Offer
Salary: $2,780 – $3,580/month + Approved OT
Full-time, Permanent | Fresh graduates welcome
5-day work week, day shifts 10:30am – 9:30/10:00pm

Requirements
GCE N/O Level, Nitec/Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Culinary Arts
Min. 1 year kitchen experience preferred
Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Basic food safety knowledge; competency in MS Word and Excel
