Responsibilities
1. prepare to commence the day operation(7pm till 3am)
2. getting the menu items ready
3. take care of the team of workers
4. prepare daily inventory for purchasing
5. check earlier inventory purchases
6. daily sales tally with summary from POSmachine
7. oversee food preparation activities
8. ensure team welfare
9. monthly salary $3,500 to $5,000
