Staff nurses in a nursing home focus on long-term geriatric care, chronic disease management, and quality of life enhancement for elderly residents. Unlike acute hospital nurses who treat short-term illnesses, nursing home staff nurses manage stable but frail residents, coordinate permanent care plans, and build long-term relationships with families.

2. Routine Health Monitoring & Assessment
3. Rehabilitation & Daily Living Support
4. Communication & Care Coordination
