Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Update daily shipment manifests
  • Prepare shipping documents (delivery orders, authorisation letters etc.)
  • Call external parties to request documents, enquire/monitor status
  • Coordinate with colleagues and overseas agents on shipments
  • Other tasks given by the manager

Requirements

  • Experience in shipping or logistics industry
  • Familiar with import and export documents, Tradenet
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Alternate Saturdays, 9am-1pm
