Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support enterprise HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on system integration, data flow analysis, solution delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to enhance system capabilities and deliver effective solutions that align with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Analysis
- Engage with business users to gather and document system requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Analyze system changes and assess impact on existing processes
System Enhancements & Support
- Support ongoing improvements and configuration updates to HR systems
- Work alongside technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related defects
Integration & Data Flow Coordination
- Support integration activities across HR systems and other enterprise platforms
- Work with relevant teams to understand data flow and system dependencies
- Ensure alignment across systems during enhancements and updates
Testing & Implementation
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Assist business users during testing cycles and ensure requirements are met
- Support deployment and post-implementation activities
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on progress, issues, and outcomes
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Experience supporting HR systems or enterprise applications
- Hands-on involvement in system enhancements and UAT processes
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Exposure to modules such as:
- Employee Central
- Recruiting
- Learning / Performance / Compensation
- Basic understanding of system integration and data flows
Skills
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Good understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Nice to Have
- Exposure to integration platforms (e.g. SAP CPI)
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or HR systems
