Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service, sales, retail, administration, or related fields.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work a 6-day work week, comprising 3 morning shifts and 3 afternoon shifts.
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possesses a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with a music background or the ability to play a musical instrument will have an added advantage.
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Willing to be based at any of our locations: Taman Kok Lian (Jalan Ipoh), Lotus's Kepong, Centrepoint Bandar Utama, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, or 1 Mont Kiara.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market musical instruments, music-related products, and music education programmes to prospective customers.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets while maintaining professional sales practices and customer engagement standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate product information, course recommendations, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate and manage student enrolment processes, class scheduling, and communication between students, parents, and teachers.
- Support teacher administration, including attendance tracking, lesson arrangements, and operational coordination.
- Manage showroom inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment, stock transfers, and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain branch sales reports, enrolment records, and other operational documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, events, and marketing activities to drive sales growth and student enrolment.
- Ensure showroom displays, product presentation, and retail environment are maintained to company standards.
- Support branch operations and contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
