We are looking forward to Field Service Engineer in Eaton’s Electrical Business , based in Kaohsiung , Taiwan. Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to protecting the environment and improving the quality of life for people everywhere. We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.
What you’ll do:
Field service engineer, providing after sales service to engineer.
- Provide UPS/MBP/LVSWGR after services which include: system installation, maintenance, battery replacement, repair and son on.
- Be responsible for product quality improvement and enhancement.
- Establish after service related SOP.
- UPS Product Application Planning.
Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering or Electronics degree.
- 5+ years of experience in power industry.
- With electronic circuits related knowledge and skills as well as good problem solving attitude.
- Good communication skills.
