ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Due to continuedbusiness expansion, the firm is seeking to appoint a suitably qualifiedprofessional to join the operations team in a newly created position. Thisindividual contributor role reports directly to the COO/Senior OperationsManager and will work in close collaboration with other members of theoperations function.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure that trades are bookedand processed in the OMS/PMS system in line with expectation

• Daily reconciliation ofposition and cash

• Liaising with primebrokers/fund admin on cash and position breaks

• Executing monthly swap resetsand monitoring against broker data

• Tracking/Monitoring ofcorporate actions/elections

• Margin and cash management withvarious counterparties

• Participate and supportautomation projects, process and workflow enhancement

• Work closely with internalstakeholders as well as external stakeholders (i.e Prime Brokers and FundAdmin)

• Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree with minimum 2-5 yearsof experience in the back & middle office operations of hedge fund/longonly

funds/fund admin/ middle office service providers

• Analytical mindset and able toprioritise with good time management

• Experience/exposure to projectmanagement / process enhancement

• Strong communication &interpersonal skills

• Prefer systems Knowledge inPMS, Bloomberg and matching systems i.e Traiana/CTM (optional)

• A team player who is also a self-starter
