Job Description
Monitor and manage the system to ensure that all system parameters are optimum.
Escalated to the necessary teams if there is any adnormality to the systems or the system parameters are less optimum.
Manage number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Collect, collate, compute and calculate the various support KPIs
Colate, compute and calculate the various system performance from system/application logs.
Other administrative tasks, documentation and creation reports to be assigned.
Conduct investigation activities to be assigned.
Pay: $1,903.96 - $5,752.15 per month
Work Location: In person
