The Finance Intern will support the Finance team in:

AP, AR, inventory, PO, and production-related tasks, including data entry, documentation, reconciliations, reporting support, and month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with AP and AR tasks, including invoice checking, payment documentation, and transaction updates.
• Assist with finance’s monthly closing.
• Perform data entry for inventory, PO, and production-related transactions in AutoCount.
• Support inventory reconciliation between AutoCount, Production, and Warehouse records.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for finance and inventory records.
• Support finance process compliance and internal controls.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for

- Currently pursing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounts, Business or related field

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Good interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous, responsible, positive attitude, willing to learn an able to work independently while maintaining a team player attitude

- Basic knowledge of account will be an added advantage

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per month
