HR Executive | Talent Acquisition & Interview Operations (Hiring Now)

Role Focus

This role provides end-to-end exposure to the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management. You will build practical capability in assessing candidates, conducting structured interviews, and supporting hiring decisions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage potential candidates through targeted outreach and recruitment channels
  • Conduct structured screening calls and interviews (training and frameworks provided)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communications
  • Evaluate candidate suitability and maintain an active, well-managed talent pipeline
  • Support onboarding coordination and end-to-end hiring operations
