Job Description

Responsibilities

Finance Intern | Summer Intake (Post-Exams) | Financial Literacy, Mentorship & Certification Pathway (Limited Slots)

We are a focused, performance-driven team operating within the financial services space, grounded in education, advisory discipline, and long-term thinking. Our culture is built on structured decision-making, continuous improvement, and personal accountability.

Every individual is expected to think deliberately, learn actively, and execute with intention.

We do not treat internships as passive or administrative placements. Instead, we invest in developing capable individuals through structured mentorship, guided exposure to professional workflows, and clear standards around learning, ownership, and communication.

Role Focus

This is a structured internship designed to build a strong foundation in two key areas:

  • Practical financial literacy applicable to real-life financial decisions and long-term financial planning
  • Meaningful exposure to the financial services industry for individuals exploring a potential long-term pathway

This role is designed for individuals who are serious about structured learning, not passive observation.

What You’ll Do

  • Observe and support selected end-to-end workflows, including preparation, documentation, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Participate in structured training sessions, market updates, and product briefings
  • Assist with guided tasks such as research, information synthesis, presentation or template preparation, and basic coordination work
  • Learn how structured processes move from analysis to planning, execution, and review
  • Complete guided reflection exercises with mentorship feedback on performance, strengths, and development areas

What You’ll Gain

  • Practical financial literacy across budgeting, cashflow management, saving frameworks, debt awareness, protection planning, and investing fundamentals
  • Early exposure to real-world financial decision-making frameworks used in practice
  • Clear understanding of certification and licensing pathways, with guidance on structured progression planning
  • Strong foundation in core professional skills: communication, structured thinking, discipline, and accountability
  • Direct mentorship with actionable feedback aimed at accelerating personal and professional growth

Who We Want

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals who take ownership of their learning and development.

Ideal candidates are:

  • Consistent, reliable, and disciplined in following through on commitments
  • Open to feedback and willing to improve quickly and intentionally
  • Curious about financial literacy, markets, and long-term financial planning
  • Able to communicate clearly and operate effectively in structured environments
  • Seeking a serious, structured learning experience rather than a passive internship

Job Types: Fresh graduate, Internship, Student job

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Professional development
  • Promotion to permanent employee

Work Location: In person
