Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome Patients with Warmth and Care: Create a positive and welcoming environment, address patient inquiries, and ensure they feel at ease before procedures or consultations.
  • Frontline Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages, providing timely and professional responses to patient inquiries.
  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and confidential medical records, adhering to clinic policies and compliance standards.
  • Seamless Operations: Coordinate appointments, manage front desk tasks, patient registration, billing, and payment processes efficiently.
  • Assist in Procedures: Support doctors during procedures such as ECG, wound dressing, circumcisions, and other minor surgeries, ensuring patients feel supported throughout.
  • Expertise in Specimen Handling: Manage specimen labeling and handling, and prepare samples for lab testing with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Supply and Equipment Management: Monitor and order medical supplies, ensuring equipment and workspace are clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Infection Control & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience & Skills: Prior experience as a Phlebotomist or Clinic Assistant in a healthcare setting is a plus, however we also welcome candidates eager to learn and grow. Certification in phlebotomy or related fields is also highly valued.
  • Knowledgeable & Detail-Oriented: Familiarity with medical terminology, safety standards, and clinical procedures. Attention to detail is essential!
  • Proactive Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic clinic environment.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work varying shifts as needed.
