What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery across our schools. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administration & Reporting – Ensure efficient and high-quality administration in compliance with HQ policies and ECDA regulatory requirements (Taidii System Management, Expense Report, Grants and Subsidies, Fee Collection and Payments, Invoice and Bill Verification, Procurement & Purchasing)
  • Enrolment & Customer Engagement – Support school tours, manage enrolment follow-ups, and contribute to achieving enrolment targets.
  • Health, Safety & Nutrition – Uphold daily SOPs to safeguard children’s health, hygiene, and well-being.
  • Environment & Estates – Maintain facilities and equipment to reflect Odyssey’s brand while ensuring a safe and conducive environment for all.
  • Family Partnerships – Build trust and lasting relationships with families through ongoing communication and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Foster strong working relationships across the school community, with stakeholders, and with community partners.
  • Business & Programme Continuity – Contribute to financial, operational, and programme excellence, supporting staff and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Teamwork & Advocacy – Collaborate with colleagues and centre leaders, and advocate for Odyssey’s unique philosophy and values.
  • Professional Growth – Embrace a culture of professionalism and continuous development in line with Odyssey’s core values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage families, staff, and partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • A passion for creating positive experiences for children and families
  • Prior experience in school/centre administration or early childhood settings will be an advantage
