Job Summary
Drive business growth by sourcing new clients and managing customer relationships. Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs, and provide timely follow-up on sales leads and enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients to generate business opportunities
- Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements
- Build and sustain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer specifications and expectations are fulfilled
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries with appropriate product or service recommendations
- Track and follow up on sales leads, providing timely updates to customers
- Perform additional sales-related tasks as assigned to support business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior sales experience to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes
- Experience in the construction or process construction industry would be an advantage (preferred but not compulsory)
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license to facilitate client site visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively
- Self-motivation and responsibility to work independently and meet targets
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn to adapt to evolving business demands
Working Hours
5.5-day work week
Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 8.00am to 12.00pm
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
