About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Executive – Operations to support the day-to-day operations of a prestigious Shopping Mall in Mont Kiara. In this role, you will work closely with tenants and internal teams to ensure smooth mall operations, maintain excellent tenant relationships, and deliver an exceptional shopping environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct regular inspections of retail outlets and common areas within the shopping mall.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Tenants of the Shopping Mall
• Effectively presents information and responds to Tenant’s enquiries in detail.
• Handles complaints and any dissatisfaction expressed by Tenants or customers.
• Assists in inspecting the setup and operations of retail outlets in the Shopping Mall to ensure adherence to Tenancy Agreements and statutory requirements.
• To work closely with the Housekeeping department in ensuring the Shopping Mall is kept at tip top condition.
• Monitor and manage the use of common corridors and public spaces by tenants.
• Manages tenants’ schedules for delivery of goods from the loading bay to their respective outlets.
• Prepare relevant correspondence, reports, emails, and other operational documentation to Tenants.
• Escalate operational issues and concerns to the Assistant Manager or Manager of Operations when necessary.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Preferably with relevant working experience in shopping mall operations management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to travel within the Kuala Lumpur area and be based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
