• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, delivery, returns to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, systems, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Establish and optimize communication and coordination mechanisms with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, forwarders, customers) to meet business and customer requirements.
• Plan, monitor, and drive departmental performance by setting targets, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee inventory management, including regular stock counts, data analysis, discrepancy investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure optimal manpower utilization and productivity, and effectively handle operational risks and unexpected situations.
• Enforce warehouse safety standards, including 5S implementation, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team through training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
