EVENT EXECUTIVE

Join Our Growing Team at I Impact Event Management

Are you passionate about events, creative planning, and bringing ideas to life? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Event Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, grand openings, annual dinners, conferences, and ceremonies.
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, budgets, and event reports.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, government agencies, and venue management.
• Coordinate event logistics, manpower, and on-site operations.
• Conduct research and develop creative event concepts and themes.
• Assist in project management and ensure smooth event execution.
• Prepare speeches, event scripts, and presentation materials when required.
• Work closely with designers and vendors to ensure quality deliverables.
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and event rehearsals.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when events are scheduled.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Added Advantages:

• Experience in event management industry.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in proposal writing and project coordination.
• Mandarin speaking ability will be an added advantage.
