- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing products from local and overseas suppliers.
- Identify new suppliers, recommend second - source suppliers and support outsourcing activities.
- Compare pricing and negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction and better payment terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.

- Handle daily office operations including logistics coordination, shhipping arrangement, FIFO stock management, stock control and incoming goods inspection.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports as required by management.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and supply chain operations.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification & Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in purchasing and procurement.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of import and export documentation and procedures.
- Able to work independently
- Preferred Mandarin speaking and reading candidates.
- Familiar with ERP system.
