We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage sales performance, close key opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to improve overall performance.

* Handle key prospects and assist in closing high-value opportunities.

* Develop and improve sales strategies, scripts, and objection-handling techniques.

* Monitor sales pipeline activities and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.

* Track sales performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.

* Conduct weekly sales meetings, reviews, and coaching sessions.

* Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and expand market reach.

Reporting & KPIs

* Sales conversion rate.

* Closing rate.

* Revenue generated.

* Team sales performance.

* Weekly and monthly sales reports.

* Lead follow-up and pipeline management effectiveness.

Requirements

* 3–6 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue-generating roles.

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading or managing a sales team.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

* Experience in education, training, coaching, or related industries is an advantage.

* Performance-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

* Proficient in sales reporting and CRM systems.

* Able to work on-site in Malaysia.
