Requirements:

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in fabrication, mechanical, or industrial projects.
3. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage).
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and engineering standards.
5. Good problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Design mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).
2. Develop 3D models, 2D drawings, and specifications for manufacturing and assembly.
3. Perform engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., FEA, thermal analysis) to verify design performance.
4. Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate mechanical systems.
5. Participate in design reviews, prototype development, and testing.
6. Select materials and components based on functionality, cost, and availability.
7. Maintain design documentation, revision control, and bill of materials (BOM).
8. Support manufacturing teams with technical guidance during production.
9. Continuously improve designs for reliability, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety codes, and regulations.

Pay: From RM4,200.00 per month
