Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronic / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 1–3 years’ experience in quality inspection related to electrical, instrumentation, or control panel products.

3. Good computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, reporting).

4. Ability to read, understand, and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and datasheets.

5. Competent in using electrical and measuring instruments, such as:

• Measuring tape
• Clamp meter
• Insulation resistance tester (Megger)
• Multimeter

6. Capable of conducting electrical inspection and testing, including but not limited to:

• Insulation Resistance Test (IR)
• Continuity Test
• Current Injection Test (if applicable)

7. Basic understanding of Engine Generator systems, MCC, MCCP, Starter Panels, Instrumentation, and control panels.

8. Basic mathematical and analytical skills.

9. Knowledge of electrical safety practices and standards is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspection & Testing

• Perform incoming inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation items prior to installation, when required.
• Conduct in-process and final electrical inspection in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and datasheets.
• Perform and witness electrical tests as per inspection and test plans (ITP).

2. Quality Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare, review, and issue quality inspection and test reports related to electrical works.
• Compile and maintain hardcopy and softcopy quality records in the designated server and filing system.
• Ensure all material certificates, test certificates, and inspection reports required by customers are complete and accurate.

3. FAT / Customer Inspection

• Assist and support internal FAT and customer FAT activities.
• Coordinate inspection readiness and provide technical support during customer or third-party inspections.
• Ensure inspection findings and punch lists are properly recorded and followed up.

4. Supplier & External Inspection

• Perform inspection and site visits at external provider / supplier premises, when required.
• Verify supplier compliance with quality and electrical requirements.

5. Product Handling & Delivery Readiness

• Ensure preservation, packaging, protection, and lifting arrangements are in acceptable condition prior to delivery.
• Highlight and report any damage, non-conformance, or deviation before shipment.

6. Quality System & Compliance

• Report any product or process non-conformance promptly and support corrective action activities.
• Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to electrical quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, quality system requirements, and work instructions.

7. Safety & Other Duties

• Comply with all HSE rules and regulations during inspection activities, both on-site and off-site.
• Carry out any other quality-related duties as assigned by the QC Manager or Management.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
