Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Strong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Good communication and negotiation skills.
6. Driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player with a positive attitude.
8. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
10. Experience working in the manufacturing field will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end procurement process (sourcing, purchase orders, supplier management).
2. Evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure cost savings.
3. Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and pricing data.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to meet purchasing needs.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
6. Ensure all procurement activities comply with ISO Standards, internal controls and audit requirements
7. Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
8. Prepare procurement reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
9. Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Projects, or Production) to ensure procurement needs are accurately captured and fulfilled.
10. Support inventory and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
11. Contribute to process improvement initiatives in procurement and supply chain operations.

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
