WE ARE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE IN-BOUND (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
Location: Johor (Iskandar Puteri)
Project: E-Hailing
Salary: RM4,000 + Allowances
Start Date: July
Join a global e-hailing platform and provide support to customers through inbound customer service channels.
Position: Customer Service (Inbound)
Language Requirement:
- Traditional Mandarin
- English (B2 Level)
Working Hours:
- 24/7 Rotational Shift
- Rotational Off Days
Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree/UEC/IGCSE
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Mandarin & English
- Customer service experience is an advantage
