- Receiving , answer and transfer telephone line .
- Data entry , filing documentation , some clerical duties .
- To assist Sales Coordinator .
- Prepare and update monthly Invoice checklist .
- Follow up all delivery note have acknowledge chop & sign by customer .
- Any other company matters not stated above as and when necessary .
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
