Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Purchasing & Administration to join the team at META DECO INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in Telok Panglima Garang. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our purchasing and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining records, and providing essential administrative support to ensure our operations run efficiently.
Key responsibilities:-
Processing purchase orders and managing supplier communications to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
Maintaining accurate and organised purchasing records, documentation, and filing systems
Coordinating with suppliers regarding quotations, delivery schedules, and invoice reconciliation
Assisting with inventory management and stock tracking procedures
Preparing and processing administrative documentation, including contracts and agreements
Supporting general office administration tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
Liaising between departments to facilitate smooth purchasing and administrative workflows
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities
Assisting with cost analysis and procurement reporting as required
Liasing with Miti , KDN, JTK
SST submission, C1,C3,C5 submission
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
