JOB SCOPE

(i)Conduct thorough and timely product inspections.

(ii)Maintain accurate inspection records and complete data analyses promptly.

(iii)Perform inspections strictly in line with the finished product inspection requirements, ensuring 100% adherence to specified inspection items.

(iv)Provide immediate feedback to the production workshop regarding any batch quality issues or abnormalities detected during the inspection process. Collaborate to identify and address problems promptly while analyzing and summarizing defect causes. Offer personal insights to contribute to quality management.

(v)Support supervisors in investigating and analyzing quality defects or incidents. Propose and implement corrective and preventive measures, along with detailed handling recommendations.

(vi) Perform any additional tasks assigned by senior management or the company. Categorize and label products according to production drawings, and inspect incoming products for classification and quality control.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
