Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
A. Information Technology (IT) Functions
1. IT Infrastructure Management
· Maintain and monitor company computers, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and networking equipment.
· Ensure all IT hardware and software are functioning efficiently.
· Manage internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and network security.
· Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
2. User Support & Helpdesk
· Provide first-level IT support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
· Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications.
· Manage user accounts, passwords, access rights, and system permissions.
3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
· Implement and monitor antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity measures.
· Ensure regular data backup and recovery procedures are in place.
· Monitor compliance with company IT policies and data security requirements.
· Conduct basic cybersecurity awareness training for employees.
4. IT Asset Management
· Maintain inventory records of IT assets and software licenses.
· Coordinate procurement, replacement, and disposal of IT equipment.
· Ensure proper documentation of IT systems, licenses, and warranties.
5. System Administration
· Support ERP, accounting, HR, attendance, and other business systems.
· Assist departments with system implementation and improvements.
· Coordinate software updates and system maintenance activities.
B. Administrative Functions
1. Office Administration
· Manage daily office administrative operations.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchasing activities.
· Ensure office facilities, equipment, and utilities are properly maintained.
· Coordinate office maintenance and service contracts.
2. Document & Record Management
· Maintain company records, filing systems, and administrative documents.
· Ensure proper document control and confidentiality.
· Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and company forms.
3. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
· Source quotations and coordinate purchases for office and IT requirements.
· Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
· Monitor vendor performance and service agreements.
4. Employee Support
· Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities including workstation setup and access management.
· Support employee administrative requirements.
· Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
5. Compliance & Safety
· Support company compliance initiatives, audits, and certifications.
· Assist in maintaining workplace safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
