Full Time EXECUTIVE, E-COMMERCE Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Koperasi Kakitangan PETRONAS Berhad Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential vendors, suppliers, workshops, distributors, and manufacturers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners.
• Drive vendor acquisition and onboarding activities to expand marketplace participation.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements with vendors.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, product listing, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Digital, and Finance.
• Support marketplace campaigns, promotional activities, and business growth initiatives.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain ongoing engagement with onboarded sellers.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the automotive ecosystem.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, Automotive, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Business Development, Vendor Acquisition, Commercial, Marketing, e-Commerce, or the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
• Strong network with automotive spare parts vendors, manufacturers, distributors, workshops, and aftermarket industry players will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of marketplace, e-commerce, and commercial operations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel frequently for vendor engagement and business meetings.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
