Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage daily production support operations in a 24x7 environment.
· Ensure incidents, service requests, and operational tasks are resolved within agreed OLAs.
· Provide risk-assessed approvals for critical production activities.
· Monitor and communicate Start-of-Day and End-of-Day system health checks.
· Review major and recurring incidents and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Identify process gaps and improve operational processes and SOPs.
· Conduct shift huddles, assign priorities, and ensure team accountability.
· Collaborate with stakeholders and support teams to maintain service stability.
Requirements
Must-Have
· 5–9 years of experience in IT Production Support / Application Support.
· Prior experience leading a support team.
· Hands-on experience with AS/400 and Mainframe systems.
· Strong SQL querying and log analysis skills.
· Experience supporting banking, payments, or financial applications is an advantage.
· Willing to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
· Good command of English.
