Job Scopes:

• To enter, update and/or retrieve accounting data entry.
• To prepare full set accounts and assist with preparation of financial statements and reports.
• To prepare and assist in Sales & Service Tax (SST) report submission.
• To handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties as when assigned by superior.

Job Description:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Able to speak and understand English and Mandarin (in need to liaise with China customer). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Required Skill(s): Ms Office, SQL, Autocount, UBS or any other accounting software.
• Preferably specialized in Accounting/ Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Able to Work at Seri Kembangan area.
• 5-10 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 - 6 month(s)
